Elizabeth is responsible for the university’s competitive fellowship and scholarship program coordination. She presents workshops, identifies candidates for awards and manages the application process.
Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree is from St. Lawrence University and did her graduate work at Boston College. She has worked at Simmons College School of Social Work, Boston College, and Michigan State University. Here at UB she worked in the Graduate School and the Honors College prior to becoming Director of Fellowships and Scholarships.
Elizabeth has two sons in college, Peter and Andrew. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her large extended family, walking, reading and gardening. She is a “foodie” who loves to shop, cook, eat great food and entertain. She enjoys travel and is always planning her next trip.
Megan grew up in the Mid-Hudson Valley, outside of Poughkeepsie, New York. She received her undergraduate degree from the UB Honors Program and her graduate degree from the UB Graduate School of Education. She has previously worked in the UB Career Services office and in the UB Honors College as an advisor.
Megan has a young son, Hudson, and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys reading, traveling, running and cheering on the Buffalo Bills (when you can). Service in the community is very important to her; she is a member of the Junior League of Buffalo and a volunteer with Just Buffalo Literary Center.
